Intellectual Property of Sessions, Source Publishing, LLC

— By booking a session with Sondra Sneed (the “Channeler”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership of Content

All recordings, transcripts, writings, and other materials created during or after your session (the “Session Materials”) are the intellectual property of the Channeler.

2. Your Personal Use License

You are welcome to keep and use your Session Materials for your own personal reflection and growth.
You may not copy, post, share, publish, sell, or otherwise use the Session Materials for commercial or public purposes without written permission.

3. Confidentiality

Any personal or sensitive information you share during a session will be treated as private and confidential. The Channeler will not disclose your identity or personal story without your consent, unless required by law.

4. Recordings

You may only record a session with prior permission.

Any approved recordings are for your private use only.

Unauthorized recording is not permitted.

5. No Transfer of Rights

Payment for a session gives you access to the experience and a personal-use copy of the content. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the Session Materials, which remain with the Channeler.
