A beckoning, radical heart is one that over emphasizes its “need.”
It makes sure everyone is responsible for what it asks for. It doesn’t listen to anyone who says there is something different that must take place, before the radical heart’s need is to be satisfied.
In a radical heart condition, there is no listening, only needing, wanting, demanding, insisting, and commanding.
… when a radical heart is unwilling to transform, it shows the world only one way is to be, “Me Me Me” ….
This is the kind of heart that loses every battle, because the affection it wants is more important than the survival it needs.
A heart that insists it is the center of the world is a heart that misses out on all the other hearts that could give it what it wants. Because it puts itself before others, the others only become the way of the need, instead of the way of service.
TRANSFORMATION
When a radical heart transforms, it transforms into something extraordinary. It works itself into an understanding that the world to be is the world of “You and Me.”
But when a radical heart is unwilling to transform, it shows the world only one way is to be, “Me Me Me.”
IN MOMENTS
Every human has a moment of radicalizing, but if your moments are a way of behaving in every relationship, there will soon be none, no relationship; there will only be one.
